Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Major Task: Working as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AFAUS since 1989 has been playing the leading role and responsibilities to carry out overall organization development & management, fund raising activities, Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring, donor dealing, liaison with donors/partners, Policy and Advocacy formulation etc.
Coordinator (Dev.)
Major Task : Mr. Nurul Amin has Over 17 years experience on technical management, training and coordination for the promotion of Renewable Energy Program (Solar, ICS & Biogas). Now Working as a managerial staff of AFAUS from 2015 has been playing the role and responsibilities of Coordination and Management, Planning, Monitoring, Evaluating and donor dealing, liaison, Policy and preparation of reports etc. His responsibilities of different administrative affairs,provide necessary support to the program/project staffs, Staff appraisal, Staff evaluation, preparation of reports etc. Program design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, coordination, administration and also office administrative activities of training workshops and seminars. Professional relationship, networking, liaison with NGOs and local leaders to manage and monitor.
Monitoring and Supervisor Manager
Major Task: Program Development and Coordination, Management, Planning, Monitoring, Evaluating. He Has been working experience in training need assessment, preparing Training module on different issues, Preparation of training materials, training course management, evaluation of training course, trainee evaluation and follow-up.
Accounts Manager (Account Division)
Major Task: They are more experience, in the field of accounts, financial management in NGO Major competences: Finance, Accounts. His mainly responsible for overall AFAUS–Head office/Field office finance, accounts, budget, financial reporting, Yearly Draft AFAUS consolidate Accounts, Fund Flows and Cash Flows Statement, Donor’s Report, Draft Financial Guidelines, Financial Analysis, Supervise and build the capacity of finance staff and Overall responsible AFAUS Finance for AFAUS Income Generating Activities.
Audit
Major Task: Working as manager (Audit),Conduct intensive field visit for internal audit Prepare audit action plan and submit to his supervisor Follow-up report of the last audit report on regular basis. Audit Cashbook, Cost Recovery account, Receipts & payment account, compare expenditure with budget, asset marking at area office and central office. Check & verify the vouchers of expenditures of field and central office. Check Fixed Asset & its proper marking, Stock, Attendance register, Advance Register etc. Facilitate external audit as and when needed. Maintain file and document related to audit properly and safe custody. Assist Finance Coordinator for preparing Quarterly Financial report/Annual Donor Report; Assist finance coordinator for preparing budget. Face internal and external audit. Analyze budget and expenditure to assist Coordinator Finance. Organizational financial control & budget analysis preparation of income statement Should have mentality to continue & give leadership in finance section at least three years, Financial capacity building of accounts department.
